Well-being Wednesday – Hydration – Just Add Water. Hydrate the Healthy Way. On average, our bodies contain 50-65% water. Water is vital, as it supports numerous bodily functions; and need to be replaced as it is consistently lost through sweat, respiration and excretion. Good hydration supports brain focus, body temperature regulation, and absorption of essential nutrients – important reasons to stay hydrated! Come to LDC and Burton for lunch & dinner and sip in style with different flavors of spa waters!
