Come learn something new with Chef Gibson Price! In this iteration of the Cooking 101 series, Gibson will instruct participants in how to inoculate a log to produce mushrooms fit for cooking. Afterwards Chef Price will continue with a demonstration in how to prepare a dish with these same mushrooms!

Taste of the Tropics Week in Burton Dining Hall. Join us for lunch January 11 to 15 in Burton. Menu items featured throughout the week include Braised Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Spiced Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa Pizza, and Hawaiian Cashew Curried Chicken Salad Wraps.

Sayles Café will be featuring bread bowls for the month of January Monday thru Friday for lunch.
