Well Being Wednesday: Foods for your heart – Embrace Healthy Fats. We will show you how easy it is to prepare healthy, delicious vinaigrettes by incorporating healthy fats and ingredients of your choosing. Stop by LDC’s Market Deli during lunch for to learn how to make the perfect vinaigrette.

We will be featuring a hot cocoa bar! Stop in Burton, LDC and Sayles Café to spruce up your hot chocolate. We will have assorted toppings and flavorings available all day.

Join us in the Dining Halls for a beach party! Beach themed menu items will be featured in Burton and LDC.

Finals have you stressed? Sayles has you covered! Grab an exam pack to help you study. Exam Pack include espresso beans, granola bar, candy pack, and bottled beverage all in a reusable cloth bag.

Sayles Café will feature a Fuel-up green spinach and ginger smoothie March 7 -11. This blended beverage will help you balance your meals with a combination of nutrient rich spinach and apple combined with a boost of protein from yogurt and a kick of fresh ginger.

Sayles Café is having Made to Order Omelets from 8am-10am to help start your morning off right and a Waffle Bar from 8pm-10pm to help give you the energy to keep studying late into night.
